Chocolate Contract Manufacturing

Our UK-based chocolate factory, operates in a BRC-AA rated facility in partnership with Nutra Direct. We specialize in contract manufacturing services for small to medium-volume production of chocolate products. Our offerings include fully bespoke advent calendars, customized chocolate bars, and product packing services. Additionally, we provide small-volume chocolate production using our lab conche refiner, ideal for sampling, R&D, testing, or small batch production.

Advent Calendars: We offer full-sized advent calendars with 24 windows, each containing 5g chocolates shaped to your liking. You have the flexibility to choose the type of chocolate for the calendar, which can be milk, dark, vegan, low-sugar, or even your own custom chocolate blend. There are several options for the design:

1.         Full-Colour Bespoke Designs: Our creative team can design a unique and eye-catching calendar for you.

2.         Personalisation: We can tailor an existing design to include your branding or special elements.

3.         Your Own Design: If you already have a design ready, we can produce the calendar based on your specifications.

 

Pricing: The prices for the advent calendars, based on 37% milk chocolate, are as follows:

•           500 units: £6.80 each

•           1000 units: £4.60 each

•           10,000 units: £3.90 each

 

Product Dimensions: The advent calendar's dimensions are 220mm width x 320mm height x 15mm depth, with a weight of 120g.

 

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The MOQ for advent calendars is currently set at 500 units.

 

Own Label Bars: If you have a unique chocolate bar product in mind, we are here to bring your vision to life. Our state-of-the-art 2-shot depositing system and molding lines enable us to customize, create, and pack chocolate bars according to your specifications.

 

Small-Volume Chocolate Production: For smaller quantities and specialized production, we offer the use of our small 50kg lab conche refiner. This service is perfect for sampling, research and development (R&D) purposes, testing new recipes, or producing limited batches of chocolate products.
